2 pcs Tulingan fish (Skipjack tuna)
4 cloves Garlic chopped
1 Onions chopped
1 small Ginger, minced
1/2 cup vinegar
2 cups Coconut milk
3 pieces chili finger (Siling haba)
1 cup malunggay leaves
1 bunch talbos ng kamote
Salt and pepper
Mama’s Guide Instructions:
In a pot place tulingan, garlic, onion, ginger, black pepper, salt, and vinegar.
Simmer under medium heat for at least 10-15 minutes or until vinegar is evaporated.
Add coconut milk, chili finger, malunggay, and talbos ng kamote then simmer for another 10-15 minutes or until sauce is thicken.(Under medium heat)
