Ingredients :

1-2 bundles Okra (Lady Fingers) 10pcs
Bagoong Sauce – 5 tbsp
Garlic, minced
Ginger

Sibuyas, sliced
Vinegar – 5 tbsp
Ground black pepper
Water – ½ cup



Mama’s Guide Instructions:

 

Combine water, bagoong sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic, and ground black pepper in a saucepan and bring to a boil for at least 5 minutes

 

Add in okra, sibuyas and cook until okra is tender. But don’t overcook.

Serve with steamed rice. Enjoy!
