CHICKEN MEATBALLS


CHICKEN MEATBALLS

 

Ingredients:

1/2 kilo ground chicken
1 medium onion, chopped
3/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1/2 cup quick melt cheese
1/2 cup coriander (wansoy), chopped
salt and pepper to taste
flour for dusting
chili sauce for dipping

Mama’s Guide Instructions:

Place first five ingredients in a large bowl.
Season with salt and pepper; mix well.

Take about 1 1/2 tablespoonfuls of mixture and roll into a ball. (Lightly dust your hands with flour to roll easier.)

Deep fry in oil or bake in a lined tray for 20 minutes or until golden in a 350F preheated oven.

Serve with desired dip.
