- 2 pork ears (cooked)
- 1 onion
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lime or calamansi juice
- spring onion
- some chili
- cooked pork’s ears
1. Grill the cooked pork’s ears then slice it into dice.
2.Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
