Sinigang Na Bangus Sa Miso


Sinigang Na Bangus Sa Miso is perfect for a rainy day weather, actually for Filipinos its our all time favorite ulam (menu) for any kind of weather I guess. When you can’t think of any food to eat and just tiresome to think. First thing the comes our mind is Sinigang! It’s our no fail ulam for any day. You must be agreeing to me, I bet. Sinigang na Bangus sa Miso is the most requested menu in our house too. Let’s cook and eat sinigang na bangus sa miso today!

Ingredients:
1/2 kilo boneless bangus belly
200 grams miso

1 labanos, binalatan at hiniwa
Thumb size luya, tinadtad
1 sibuyas, hiniwa
3 kamatis
3 siling panigang
1 tali mustasa
Kinatas na sampaloc, pampaasim
5 kutsara ng patis

Instructions:


Mag gisa ng luya, sibuyas at kamatis

 

Ilagay ang miso at timplahan ng patis

 

Lagyan  ng 2 tasang mainit na tubig, ilagay ang labanos.

 

Hayaang kumulo sa loob ng 3-5 minuto

 

Ilagay ang boneless bangus belly at pang pa-asim na sampaloc

 

Hayaan ito kumulo hanggang sa maluto ito

 

Ilagay ang mustasa at sili panigang at hayaan ito kumulo.
Patayin ang apoy. Maari na itong ihain. Enjoy!
