Baked Chicken Wings!

Ingredients:
1 head minced garlic,
Chopped Ginger
**ratio 1:2 (ginger : garlic)
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup Dark soy sauce
2 tbsp Sugar
Pinch of Salt and pepper

1 tbsp Chinese wine – optional

1/4 cup Honey – for glazing

For oven user: Preheat oven at 450 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 20 mins..turning it over in between.

Mama’s Guide Instructions:

1.Marinate chicken overnight using the ingredients listed above. Place in container and seal, keep in fridge or chiller.

2. After Marination: Apply some oil on the chicken wings (you can use butter too)
3. Bake it for 15 mins or until almost cooked.

4. Glaze layer of honey on top (to make it shiny)
5. Bake for another 5 mins

Done!

Note: I’m only using toaster oven with top and bottom heating!
