Easy, yummy and affordable!!
1/3 cup unflavored gelatin powder
2(400ml)cans coconut milk +water to make 5 cups of liquid
1/2 cup white sugar
1 can corn kernels, drained
1 cup all purpose cream
1/2 cup condensed milk
Toppings: Grated cheese
In a saucepan, dissolved powdered gelatin together with coconut milk and water. Set it aside for a few minutes and let the powder to turn in gelatinous form.
Add sugar and Stir. Then, start cooking over low heat until gelatin dissolves and turn to liquid completely. There is no need to boil it. Once the gelatin is dissolved you can transfer to your molder. Let it cool and set aside.
Once gelatin is completely cooled. Cut or slice gelatin into half inch cubes. Transfer to a large bowl. Add in your sweet corn. Pour cream and condensed milk and gently mix it together. Let it chill in the fridge. Serve and Enjoy!
