3 eggs (separated)
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup condensed milk
1/3 tsp cream of tartar
Beat egg whites.
Gradually add sugar;
add 1/3 tsp cream of tartar and mix it until it soft and fluffy.
Grease with oil a steamable container and pour base mixture into it.
Cover ans steam the mixture for about 10 minutes.
Mix the condensed milk with egg yolk well.
On low fire, cook for about 10-12 minutes.
Pour the filling into the cooled base mixture. Dust with powdered sugar.
You can use oven toaster to toast it for 1 or 2 mins. to give it a slight brownish color on top.
Best served when chilled!
