1 kilogram chicken breasts fillet, thinly slice and cut into bite-size chunks
1 cup breadcrumbs
1⁄2 cup milk
1 egg, mixed with the milk
8 ounces swiss cheese, cubed
8 ounces ham, diced
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
Coat and dip chicken in egg-milk mixture, then dust it on bread crumbs. Shake a little and remove excess crumbs.
Fry it quickly in little oil until golden.
Then arrange chicken in a baking dish, and top it with cheese and ham.
In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup with 1 cup of milk and pour over all.
Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes, or until tender and bubbly.
