Ginataang Bulaklak ng Kalabasa


Ingredients:

400 grams shrimps
Fried fish left over, fillet
2 shrimp cubes
Garlic
Onions
Milk from 6 coconuts
Kalabasa cubes
Sitaw – 1 bundle
Calabasa Tops, flowers (tangalin ang talulot at stems)
1 bundle string beans
Chilli flakes

Procedure

In a medium pan, heat an oil over medium fire and saute garlic and onions until onions are soft. Then add shrimp and saute for 2 minutes.

Pour coconut milk and let boil. Add kalabasa and followed by sitaw.
Add Kalabasa flowers and tops. Let it simmer for a few minutes. Season with salt, patis to your taste preference. Lastly, Add fish fillet, stir. Turn of heat.

Serve and enjoy!
