These Crablets Cooked in Coconut Milk with Squash is so easy to cook. This is an all time Filipino favorite homecooked meals for the family. You may add additional veggies like sitaw or long green beans to add variety. 

Ginataang Talangka with Kalabasa

INGREDIENTS:
20-24 pcs Talangka
1 can of coconut milk
1 medium sized onion – cut in 8
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2×2 inch ginger cut in strips
1 medium squash, sliced into big cubes
1 tablespoon bagoong (or salt to taste)
2 long green chili peppers or siling haba (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Arrange all together in a wok.
2. Boil and cook over low heat until the squash becomes tender or soft.
3. Turn the heat off and transfer to a serving plate. Serve and enjoy!
4. Serve with hot steamed rice.
