Crispy Tadyang ng Baka

(Crispy Beef Ribs Recipe)

INGREDIENTS:

1kg Tadyang ng Baka
3L Tubig
5 dahon ng laurel
1 buong sibuyas
1 tangkay ng celery
1 carrots
3 kutsarang patis
1 kutsaritang asin
1/2 kutsaritang pamintang buo

SANGKAP NG DIPPING SAUCE:

1/4 tasang toyo
1/2 tasang suka
1 kutsaritang asukal
Minced onion
Siling labuyo

PROSESO NG PAGGAWA:

1. Igisa ang sibuyas, celery at carrots kasama ang dahon ng laurel

2. Isunod ang karne at igisa ng mga 2 minuto

3. Lagyan ng tubig, asin at paminta. Idagdag na rin ang patis

4. Pagkakulo, hinaan ang apoy at pakuluan ng mga 3 oras o hanggang sa lumambot ang karne

5. Hanguin ito at palamigin sa freezer ng 2 oras

6. Kapag handa na i-prito ito sa mainit na mantika hanggang sa lumutong

7. Para sa sawsawan, paghalo-haluin lang natin ang mga sangkap.

Maari na po ito ihain with toasted garlic. Enjoy!
