I cooked this teriyaki style Norwegian Salmon in an oven toaster. Yes its really easy to cook and you can also cook it in an oven too. I love how it tasted, its delicious, mouthwatering and tasty! You can never go wrong with rice wine and Worcestershire sauce. Do make sure to include all ingredients indicated in this recipe. 3 thumbs up!

Teriyaki Norwegian Salmon (Grilled in Oven Toaster)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 big slice Norwegian Salmon (about 300gms)
  • 3 calamansi (squeezed juice)
  • 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp grated ginger
  • 4 tbsp cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp cooking rice wine (i bought Sm bonus)
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp Lea and Perrins Worcestershire sauce
  • Toasted Sesame seeds , garnish (optional)

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Mix all ingredients, except the salmon, in a shallow dish. Marinate salmon in this concoction for 1-2 hours in the fridge turning it once in awhile.
  2. Preheat oven or oven toaster or even grill to the highest setting for 10 minutes. (200°C)
  3. Spread a little oil on the grilling pan to be used and put inside oven or oven toaster.
  4. Place salmon fillets skin side down on the pan. Cook for about 15 minutes and checking every 5 minutes to pour a little bit of marinade sauce on salmon and checking to avoid over toasting the salmon.
  5. Dish up, garnish with toasted sesame seed. Serve and enjoy with rice.
