Fudgy Gooey Revel Bars

Ingredients:

1 whole butter (softened)
2 cups or 1/4 kilo brown sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Baking soda
3 cups Quick cooking oats
1 and 1/2 cup Semi sweet chocolate
1/2 cup ng condense milk
2 cups all purpose flour
9 by 13 baking pan

Instructions:

Bawasan ng 2 tbsp ang butter at itabi muna sa saparate na pan


Sa isang malaking bowl, paghaluin ang butter (yung binawasan) at ang asukal.


Pagnahalo na ito ng mabuti, asin at baking soda at haluin

Ilagay ang dalawang itlog

Ilagay ang flour (wag i over mix)

Ihalo ang quick cooking oats

Haluin ng maigi pero wag haluin ng matagal para hindi maging over mix

Kunin ang itinabing 2 tbsp na butter, lagyan ng semi sweet chocolate chip at condense milk

Ilagay sa mahinang apoy hangang sa matunaw ang chocolate at butter at maghalo ang tatlo

Kunin ang 9 by 13 inch baking pan, lagyan ng konting oil ang paligid, mas ok kung malalagyan mo ng grease less paper.

Ilagay sa pan ang 3/4 ng oats mixture at ilapat ito hanggang sa maging pantay (1st layer)

Ilagay ang chocolate mixture sa ibabaw ng  nalapat na oats (2nd layer)

Yung natitirang 1/4 oats mixture ilagay sa ibabaw ng chocolate, hindi dapat icover ng oats yung buong pinakaibabaw, kailangan makikita pa rin yung ibang parte ng chocolate at yung ibang parte ay oats  (3rd layer)

Optional, pwedeng lagyan ng nuts or cashew sa ibabaw

Iluto sa oven, 175°C  ng 25 to 30 mins.

Palamigin at saka ihanda or ihain!

9 by13 inch can be cut into  36 pcs,

(anim na hati pahalang at anim na hati patayo),
