Ginataang Talbos Ng Kamoteng Kahoy

Ginataang Talbos Ng Kamoteng Kahoy ng mga Bicolanos with Daing na isda on the side. Ang sarap nakakatakam. Lalo at mahilig ka sa maanghang ay maari mong dagdagan ng tinadtad na siling labuyo at tiyak na mapapalaban ka sa maraming kanin.

Ginataang Talbos Ng Kamoteng Kahoy

Sangkap:

1/4 kilo dahon ng kamoteng kahoy (cassava tops)
5 butil ng bawang, tinadtad
1 pc. Sibuyas, tinadtad

1 kutsarita ng luya, ginayat
2 pcs. Ginayat na niyog, pigain ang gata
Salt and pepper to taste

1-2 siling haba or siling labuyo

1-2 tsp Patis, pandagdag lasa

Paraan ng pagluluto:

Hugasan, durugin at pigain ang dahon ng kamoteng kahoy.  Pigain maigi hangang matuyo at mallis ang tubig. Isantabi.

Pakuluan ang kakang gata, idagdag ang bawang, sibuyas, luya at dahon ng kamoteng kahoy.

Hayaang kumulo hanagang malambot na ang mga dahon. Lagyan ng siling labuyo

Timplahan ng asin, patis at paminta ng ayon sa panlasa.

Maaring samahan ito ng daing na isda na hinimay. Sarap!
