PAKSIW NA OKRA SA BAGOONG

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1-2 bundles Okra (Lady Fingers) 10pcs
  • Bagoong Isda Sauce – 5 tbsp
  • Garlic, minced
  • Ginger
  • Sibuyas, sliced
  • Vinegar – 5 tbsp
  • Ground black pepper
  • Water – ½ cup

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine water, bagoong isda sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic, and ground black pepper in a saucepan and bring to a boil for at least 5 minutes
  2. Add in okra, sibuyas and cook until okra is tender. But don’t overcook.
  3. Serve with steamed rice. Enjoy!
