Diningdeng na Saluyot na may Pritong Hito
1 pirasong hito, inihaw or prito
2-3 tbsp Bagoong isda (boneless)
1 cup Bulaklak ng kalabasa
1 cup Alukon/himbabao
1 tali Saluyot
1 Sibuyas, hiwain
1 kamatis, hiniwa
2 cups Tubig
1. Ihawin or iprito ang hito at itabi.
2. Mag pakulo ng kunting tubig ilagay ang sibuyas at kamatis timplahan ng bagoong.
Pag kulo ilagay ang mga gulay.
3. Ilagay na ang inihaw or pritong isda sa ibabaw. Ilang kulo lng at pwede na po ihain.
