
Dinengdeng na Saluyot, Katuray, Bunga ng Malunggay at Himbabao
INGREDIENTS:
1 pirasong isda
2-3 tbsp Bagoong isda (boneless)
1 cup Bulaklak ng katuray
1 cup Bunga ng malunggay, hiniwa
3-5 pcs Okra, hiniwa
1 cup Alukon/himbabao
1 tali Saluyot
1 Sibuyas, hiwain
1 kamatis, hiniwa
2 cups Tubig
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Prito ang isda itabi.
2. Mag pakulo ng kunting tubig ilagay ang sibuyas at kamatis timplahan ng bagoong.
Pag kulo ilagay ang okra. At iba pang mga gulay.
3. Ilagay na ang pritong isda sa ibabaw ilang kulo lng at pwede na po ihain.
