Rainbow Cake in a Jar

Rainbow Cake in a Jar

These rainbow cake in a jar is not as complicated as you think. Just bake 5 types of cakes in different colors using any pan or molder and cut it using a paper patterned from the jar. Slice it according to pattern and do the cake layering inside the bottle.

But how about the scrap cake? No scraps at all, because you can still use the cake scraps into 1 jar another jar.

These cakes can also be cooked in a steamer. So even if you don’t have an oven, you can use a steamer to bake these cakes.

Just be very careful with the steamer and make sure to cover your cake pan with foil so the water doesn’t drip in the cake. Steaming time will depend on the size of your pan (about 30 minutes). Do a toothpick test always!
