Chicken Salpicao with Malunggay Leaves
- 1/4 kg Chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worchestershire Sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Malunggay leaves
- 1/2 cup water
- salt & pepper
1. Saute garlic, chicken, & other ingredients except malunggay.
2. Add water boil until the meat is perfectly cooked, moist & tender.
3. Lastly, add Malunggay. Turn-off heat, serve and enjoy!
