Chicken Salpicao with Malunggay Leaves

 Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg Chicken thighs
  • 2 TB Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 TB soy sauce 1/4 cup Malunggay
  • 1/2 cup water
  • salt & pepper

Instructions:

Saute garlic, chicken, & other ingredients except malunggay.  Add water boil until the meat is perfectly cooked, moist & tender. Add Malunggay perfect with with plain rice.
