Pork Ears Ceviche (Kilawin Tenga ng Baboy)
- 2 pork ears (cooked/boiled)
- 1 onion
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons calamansi juice
- spring onions
- 2 red chili peppers
- Grill the cooked pork’s ears then slice it into dice.
- Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Serve and enjoy!
