Pork Ears Ceviche (Kilawin Tenga ng Baboy)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 pork ears (cooked/boiled)
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons calamansi juice
  • spring onions
  • 2 red chili peppers

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1.  Grill the cooked pork’s ears then slice it into dice.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
