Honey Garlic Porkchop

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless pork chops (6 4 oz portions)
  • salt and pepper


In a regular bowl, mix together ketchup, honey, soy sauce and garlic. Set aside.

Rub your pork chops (front and back sides) with salt and pepper. Brush all pork chops with sauce and evenly coat each slice.

Prepare and grease your grill grates or an outdoor grill. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place pork chops on top of the grill (baste it with the sauce as often as you can). Grill for about 5 minutes on both side or until the meat is cooked through (the internal temperature should reached 145 degrees).

(Makes 6 Servings)

Serve hot with sauce. Enjoy!!
