- 1/2 K. Pork pata
- 1/4 C. Datu Puti vinegar
- 1/4 C. Datu Puti soy sauce
- 1/4 C. Brown sugar
- 1 T. Peppercorn
- 1 pc. Bay leaf
- 1 bunch dried banana blossoms
- 2 C. Water
- 1 T. Fish sauce
- 4 pcs. Saba banana, cut into 2 and fried
Put all the ingredients in a pressure cooker and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
Add the fried saba bananas.
Continue cooking, uncovered, until the sauce has reduced to desired consistency.
Serve with fish sauce and steamed white rice.
