Bulanglang ng Calatagan
2 cups squash, sliced
1 cup labanos or white radish sliced
1 cup long beans, sliced
4 large tomatoes, sliced into wedges
1 large white onion, sliced into rings
3 thumb-size ginger, sliced
2 cups kangkong
4 to 6 cups water
2 tsp salt or to taste
Put all ingredients in a large pot and let all vegetables cook for 10 minutes or until all are tender.
