These baked chicken wings is so easy to cook and prepare. Just make sure to marinate it overnight and its ready for baking the next day. You can use even the oven toaster if you don’t have an oven. Chicken wings can be cooked easily, so use of oven toaster is feasible.
To prevent it from toasting on top, just cover the top of chicken with a foil and toast it for about 1- 2 minutes before serving.
Baked Chicken Wings
1 head minced garlic,
1 thumb ginger, chopped (*ratio 1 ginger : 2 garlic)
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup Dark soy sauce
2 tbsp Sugar
Pinch of Salt and pepper
1 tbsp rice wine or cooking wine,(optional)
1/4 cup Honey – for glazing
1.Marinate chicken overnight using the ingredients listed above. Place in container and seal, keep in fridge or chiller.
2. After Marination: Apply some oil on the chicken wings (you can use butter too)
3. Bake it for 15 mins or until almost cooked.
4. Glaze layer of honey on top (to make it shiny)
5. Bake for another 5 mins. Done!
Note: I’m only using toaster oven with top and bottom heating!
For oven user: Preheat oven at 232°C (450°F) and bake for 20 mins, turning it over in between.
