500 grams of chicken wings
1/2 to 1 cup of kimchi, chopped
1/4 cup of honey
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 small white onion, minced
2 stalks of scallion, minced
1 cup of corn kernel
Salt and pepper to taste
5 tablespoons of cooking oil
1. Heat the pan with cooking oil. Sauté onion, garlic and chicken wings. Add some kimchi sauce or syrup.
2. Cook for about 10 minutes then add corn kernel and kimchi. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
3. When the honey-glazed kimchi-chicken already cooked, sprinkle some scallion on top. Enjoy!
