GINISANG KALABASA AT REPOLYO
INGREDIENTS:
½ kilo kalabasa
½ kilo repolyo
¼ kilo pork (laman), hiwain ng manipis
¾ tbsp soy sauce
1 medium size onion, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup water
salt & pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
1 In a heated pan, saute garlic and onion until fragrant.
2 Add thinly sliced pork into the pan, and let it cook until the meat becomes brown.
3 Add in the sliced squash and mix.
4 Season with soy sauce and toss it to the meat and vegetables.
5 Add water, bring it to a boil. Cover pot and let it simmer over low heat for 5-10 minutes.
6 Once the squash is tender, add in the cabbage (repolyo). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
