Adobong Manok with Papaya

INGREDIENTS:
½ kilo chicken, cut in serving size
1 small unripe papaya (green)
1 medium onion
4 na butil ng bawang, tinadtad
Pinch of ground pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons vinegar
Salt
Dahon ng laurel

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Balatan ang papaya, hatiin sa gitna at tangalin ang buto.

2. Hiwain ng parihaba or strips. Sa isang kawali, iprito ang manok sa kaunting mantika. Itabi sa gilid ng kawali. Igisa ang bawang at sibuyas. Kapag luto na ay pagsama samahin kasama ang pritong manok sa mahinang apoy.

3. Idagdag ang papaya strips, budburan ng konting paminta. Lutuin ng ilang minuto.

4. Idagdag ang soy sauce at suka. Huwag haluin ng ilan saglit habang naluluto ang suka. Lagyan ng dahon ng laurel.

5. Huluin at timpalahan ng asin kung kinakailangan.
