Buko Salad Special
INGREDIENTS:
4-5 cups shredded young coconut meat (mala-uhog na buko)
1 cup condensed milk, adjust sweetness base on your taste preference
1 pack All purpose cream (250 ml), chilled in the fridge
100 grams cheese, shredded
340 grams Nata de coco, drained
1 large can fruit cocktail, drained
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preparation: make sure to drain all the liquids of fruit cocktail thoroughly. Use a strainer and let it drip for a few minutes. So your salad wont turn watery. Remember: ratio of buko should be more than fruits
Mix thoroughly all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate. Garnish with grated cheese on top (Promise its super yummy!!)
