CHEESY PUFFS RECIPE
3/4 cup all-purpose
4 pieces raw eggs
A pinch of salt
3/4 cup water
4 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
Prepare a pot then pour-in water, heat over medium fire. Add butter and salt then let boil. Stir until ingredients are dissolved.
Little by little, add the flour while constantly stirring.
Slowly add 3 eggs while stirring.
Add your cheese and mix thoroughly.
Turn-off heat and transfer the dough to a container. Set aside until temperature cools down to room temperature.
Make an egg wash by combining egg yolk with 1 tablespoon butter. Mix well. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Scoop the mixture (dough) and arrange in a baking pan lined with wax or parchment paper.
Brush egg wash on top of each scooped mixture.
Transfer the baking tray in the oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Note: To know if its already done, just slice 1 puff in the center. The center should be dry. Bake it for an additional time if its still moistened inside.
