Buko Cream Cheese Salad

1 large can of Fruit Cocktails
1 pack of all purpose cream
3/4 can condensed milk
3 tbsp cream cheese
1 cup kaong (sugar palm)
1 cup nata de coco (coconut gel)
1 pc. young coconut (shredded)

Strain all juices from fruit cocktails, kaong and nata de coco. Drain well.

In a large bowl, combine condensed milk, cream and cream cheese and mix well. Toss fruit cocktails, kaong and nata de coco and shredded young coconut meat. Topped with Cherries!

Serve it chilled in individual glasses. Enjoy!
