Ginisang Talong Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 200 grams pork, sliced
- 5 pieces eggplants, sliced
- 5 pieces long beans, sliced
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 small onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 4 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat the pan, pour the cooking oil.
- Saute the garlic & onion.
- Add the pork, cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the oyster sauce, ground black pepper and soy sauce, then simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the eggplant and the long beans, cook for 7-9 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, then serve.
