Ginisang Talong


200 grams pork, sliced
5 pieces eggplants, sliced
5 pieces long beans, sliced
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 small onion
3 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
4 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce

1. Heat the pan, pour the cooking oil.
2. Saute the garlic & onion.
3. Add the pork, cook for 10 minutes.
4. Add the oyster sauce, ground black pepper and soy sauce, then simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Add the eggplant and the long beans, cook for 7-9 minutes.
6. Transfer to a serving bowl, then serve.
