Chocolate Munchkins

Easy to do chocolate munchkin balls or graham ball using crushed biscuits. Simple desserts that you can teach your kids to do too. Its like their very first learned recipe.

Do take note of the ingredient, you need to crushed a chocolate flavored graham crackers or any brand of chocolate biscuit. Not the regular honey flavored graham biscuits.

Aside from the coconut, you can also use different colorful sprinkles in different shapes and colors. You can buy it in baking stores. Or you can dip each balls into melted chocolate!

Just melt some chocolate in the microwave with 1 tbsp oil. If there is no microwave, you can use a double broiler method of melting the chocolate. Quickly melt the chocolate and stir in some little oil and turn off the heat right away. You can start dipping the munchkins into the melted chocolate.

Chocolate Munchkins Recipe

225 grams crushed chocolate grahams
395 grams condensed milk
1 cup desiccated coconut (or niyog)

1. In a mixing bowl, put the crushed grahams and gradually add condensed milk. Mix well until evenly combined.
2. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
3. Shape them into balls, then roll the chocolate balls over the desiccated coconut.
4. Refrigerate again for 15-30 minutes, then serve.
