Brownies & Bars

“The under appreciated cousin of brownies – the golden colored blondies. Although not as extremely popular as brownies, it has its own appeal and is infinitely versatile. Brownies are a chocolate lover’s dream while blondies flavor profile is that of the taste of molasses because of the brown sugar. Keeping with its golden color, I used butterscotch chips (or chocolate chips if you prefer) and walnuts. I urge you to give it a try. You’ll be surprised at how great tasting it is.”
