AVOCADO SHAKE WITH BLACK PEARLS
- 1 ripe avocado, remove seed and scraped from skin
- 1 cup ice
- 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4-1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup black pearls, cooked (alternative: Sago)
1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients except for the black pearls or sago. Blend it well from medium to high speed until it becomes creamy and smooth.
2. Serve with cooked black pearls on top or at the bottom of serving glass. Serve it chilled. Enjoy!
