1 can Sweet Corn cream
1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
1 can Evaporated Milk or fresh milk
1 cup diced sweetened jackfruit/langka (canned or fresh)
1 Tablespoon unsalted Butter
1 Tablespoon brown Sugar
1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
Heat a small pan and bring it to medium-low heat. Add butter, brown sugar and mix until butter and sugar are melted. Add jackfruit and
mix until sugar becomes caramelized. Pour in vanilla extract and stir well. Turn off heat.
Transfer to a small bowl. Set aside.
Fill each container or glass with 1/4 sweet corn on each glass. Then add some sugar glazed jackfruit including a portion of sugar syrup. Next, add shaved iced, milk, sweet corn and a scoop of ice cream. You may also garnish it with rice crispies or cornflakes on top.
