Quick and Easy Mais Con Yelo dessert. My all time favorite shaved iced dessert second to Halo-halo.. I also love the Mais Con Yelo version with lots of leche flan slices on top..
Mais Con Yelo Recipe
1 can Cream of Corn (425g)
1 can Condensed milk (390g)
6 cups shaved ice, use blender to crush ice
Toppings: Pinipig or corn flakes or leche flan (optional)
4 scoops of ice cream, (cheese or vanilla)
1. Add 1 to 1 ½ cups of shaved ice into a halo halo bowl or large glass. Just leave a space allowance for your toppings.
2. Scoop 2-3 tablespoons of Cream of Corn on top.
3. Swirl 3 tablespoons of condensed milk on top.
4. Sprinkle it with pinipig or cornflakes on top and add slices of leche flan if preferred.
Ready to serve. Enjoy!
