(Crablets Cooked in Coconut Milk with Squash)
Talangka – about 20-24 pcs (depents how much you like)
1 can of coconut milk
1 medium sized onion – cut in 8
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2×2 inch ginger cut in strips
1 medium squash, sliced into big cubes
bagoong or salt to taste
1. Arrange all together in a wok.
2. Boil cook until the squash becomes a little soft.
3. Turn the heat off and transfer to a serving plate.
4. Serve with hot steamed rice.
