ICED GREEN TEA LATTE WITH BLACK PEARLS
1 1/2 tsp. Matcha
2 tbsp. Hot water
2 tbsp. honey
1 cup milk
1/2 cup ice cubes
2 scoops green tea ice cream (Haagen-Dazs)
1/4 cup black tapioca pearls (cooked)
1) In a small cup combine 1-1/2 tsp. Matcha powder and 2 tbsp Hot Water. Mix it well until fully dissolved.
2) In a blender, add the matcha mixture into the pitcher, then add honey, 1 cup milk and 1/2 cup ice cubes. Blend it well until well combined. Transfer into prepared tall serving glass with black pearl sago.
3) Then add 2 scoops of green tea/matcha ice cream on top. Serve and enjoy!
