TOFU FRIED RICE
Sangkap:
2 cups cooked rice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
1 (14-ounce) package reduced-fat firm tofu, drained and cut into (1/2-inch) cubes
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup (1/2-inch-thick) slices green onions
1 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon minced peeled fresh ginger
2 tablespoons sake (rice wine)
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
Thinly sliced green onions (optional)
Paraan:
1) Gumamit ng wok, painitin ang 1 tbsp mantika, (medium-high heat). Ilagay ang tokwa, lutuin ng mga 4 minutes o maging brown ito. Hanguin. Iluto ang itlog, hanggang maging scramble ito at haluin upang mag hiwalay ng piraso. Hanguin. Maglagay ng 1 tbsp ng mantika ulit at igisa naman ang sibuyas, peas, carrots, bawang at luya, igisa ng mga 2 minutes. Idagdag ang kanin. Haluin ng mga 2 minutes.
2) Paghaluin ang sake, soy sauce, hoisin sauce at sesame oil, sa isang mangkok. Itabi.
3) Ihalo ang tokwa, itlog at ang soy sauce mixture. Haluing mabuti hanggang matakpan ng toyo mixture ang kanin. Halu-haluin. Serve na ninyo at budburan ng scallions o green onions. Enjoy!!!
