Paksiw na Lechon Manok sa Mang Tomas Sarsa
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 kilo Lechon Manok, leftover (chopped in serving size)
7 Cloves Garlic (crushed)
1 Large Red Onion, chopped
⅓ Cup Cane Vinegar
1 Cup Water
⅛ Cup Soy Sauce
¼ Cup Brown Sugar
1 ½ Cup Mang Tomas Sarsa
Dahon ng Laurel
Salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine all the ingredients in a pot and simmer for 15-20 minutes using medium heat.
- Once cooked. Turn off heat and serve in a bowl. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
