Paksiw na Lechon Manok sa Mang Tomas Sarsa



Lechong Manok (serving size)
7 Cloves Garlic (crushed)
1 Large Red Onions, diced
⅓ Cup Cane Vinegar
1 Cup Water
⅛ Cup Soy Sauce
¼ Cup Brown Sugar
1 ½ Cup Mang Tomas Sarsa
Laurel Leaves

Salt to taste

Mamas Guide Procedure:

Combine all the ingredients in a pot and simmer for 15-20 minutes using medium heat.

Once cook. Turn of heat and serve in a bowl. Serve with rice. Enjoy!!!
