
Ingredients:
4 cups grated cassava
3/4 cup condensed milk
2 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 cup grated coconut
1 tsp Ube food color (optional)
1 tbsp Ube flavor (optional)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in pan.
Stir and mash manually in low heat until well combined and thick. Continue stirring until cooked through.
Transfer half of the mixture on a plate. And add ube color and flavoring on the remaining mixture.
Transfer on a plate or in a banana leaf and form into desired shape and layering.
Top with margarine or grated cheese if desired.
