LINAGPANG NA BANGUS

Ingredients:
1 malaking bangus, inihaw
4 malalaking kamatis
1 sibuyas
1 pc onion leeks
2-3 pcs spring onion
siling labuyo
tanglad
1 luya, (thumb size)
asin at paminta


Instructions:
Clean milkfish, debone and flake broiled bangus, into “bite size” pieces.


In a pot, pour boiling water, add grilled onions, tomatoes, onions leeks, and lemon grass. Mix it well to bring out the flavors and juices.Season with salt and garnish with  onion leaves. Serve hot


While this recipe is for bangus, otherfishes can also be used like tilapia, catfish and other fishes that can be broiled with scales on.

Linagpang Na Bangus Recipe (Tagalog)

Instructions:
1. Linisin ang bangus.
2. Timplahan ng asin at paminta ang bangus.
3. Ihawin ang bangus.
4. Tanggalin ang tinik at hiwain ang isda.
5. Ihawin ang kamatis, sibuyas, onion leeks at hiwain.
6. Pakuluan sa tubig ang inihaw na kamatis, sibuyas, onion leeks, luya, tanglad at bagoong at timplahan ng asin at paminta.
7. Isala ang mga pinakuluang sangkap.
8. Sa isang mangkok, ilagay ang hinimay na bangus, mga inihaw na kamatis, sibuyas at onion leeks.
9. Timplahan ng asin at paminta.
10. Ibuhos ang pinagpakuluang tubig.
11.lagyan ng spring onion at siling labuyo.
