Siomai Gulay
Siomai Gulay

Siomai Gulay or vegetable siomai/dumplings is pure vegetable plus tofu. It doesn’t contain any meat. Great for your picky eater kids who doesn’t eat vegetables.

For some who is confused, Siomai is basically pork dumplings and what we call dumplings in general can have any fillings in it. I call it siomai gulay because its a Filipino version recipe. Anyhow siomai is also a dumpling.

So if you call it siomai gulay it is because the ingredients in it are basically Filipino version and not chinese.

Healthy and simple snack every family will surely enjoy and it’s affordable too. Happy cooking and enjoy our delicious vegetable or siomai gulay.

Siomai Gulay Recipe

Mga Sangkap:
1 block ng Tokwa
1 cup Malunggay leaves
1 Carrots, ginadgad
1 Singkamas, ginadgad
1 Itlog
Siomai wrapper

Siomai Gulay!
