1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large garlic clove, thinly sliced
400g can diced Italian tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
In a pan, heat a small amount of oil in over medium-low fire. Saute garlic until until it turns light brown. Remove garlic from the pan. Then add tomatoes.
Cook and mix over medium heat, around 10 minutes until saucd is thick. Season with the salt. Let it cool and blend using your blender. Toss in oregano until sauce is smooth.
Cool sauce completely. You may now spread it on pizza with your fave toppings. Enjoy!
