1 can of condensed milk (Alaska)
1 cup of coconut milk (you can also use fresh milk)
6 whole eggs
1 cup grated/desiccated coconut
1/4 cup sugar to make the caramelized sugar
1. In a bowl, mix the beaten eggs with the coconut milk, condensed milk and desiccated coconut.
2. Pour the sugar into a pan and melt it to make a caramel. Let it cool.
3. Pour the mixture into the pan with a caramel, cover it with lid or aluminum foil. Steam it for 30 minutes or more. Check it with a toothpick, prick it in the center if toothpick sides comes out clean then it’s already cooked through.
4. Let it rest at room temperature, then transfer in the fridge for atleast 1 hour. Then unmold it. You can get the perfect shape once you let it cool in the fridge.
