Grilled Pork Chop (Marinated Pork Chop)

RECIPE 1

Ingredients:

For the Marinade
1 pack All purpose cream
¼ cup vinegar
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp dried basil
½ tsp paprika
1/8 tsp cumin
2 tbsp minced garlic
¼ cup minced onions
2 tsp salt
pinch pepper

1 kilo porkchops

For the Sauce (optional)
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
¼ cup water
1 pack All purpose cream
½ tsp paprika
1/8 tsp cumin

Instructions:

In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients for the marinade. Marinate chops for at least 4 hours. Grill chops in a pan or griller until done.

For the sauce:

Melt butter in small sauce pot and whisk in flour. Pour water little at a time to avoid lumps and add in all purpose cream, paprika, cumin and remaining marinade. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes until sauce is thick and creamy.

Serve hot and enjoy!

 

RECIPE 2

Marinated Pork Chops

1/2 cup canola oil ( can use olive oil )
1/4 cup lime juice
4 teaspoons Balsamic Vinegar
( can use cider or red wine)
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 garlic clove , minced
(or preminced garlic is fine)
6 boneless pork chops

In a large Ziploc bag combine all ingredients other than porkchops.

Mix very very well , place pork chops in bag and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Grill porkchops , covered over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until thermometer reads 160. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
