Puto stuffed with Adobo Flakes
1 cup all purpose flour
3 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup fresh milk (alternative: evap milk)
1/2 cup water
1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp sugar
Leftover Chicken adobo flakes
Prepare puto molder and add 1 tbsp of adobo flakes in each mold. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, mix flour, baking powder, water, milk, oil, and sugar. Mix well until smooth. But make sure not to over beat because it turn to hard puto.
Next, pour puto mixture into each mold.
Prepare steamer and let it boil first before placing the puto molds on top of the steamer. Steam for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
When puto is done, let it cool first for about 20 minutes before unmolding into platter.
Serve and enjoy!
