200 grams cake flour (2 cups)
100 grams sugar (1 cup)
125 grams butter/margarine (1/2 cup)
125 millilitres milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 large eggs
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
Mama’s Guide Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and place 12 cupcake cups in a muffin tray.
2. Add all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
3. Pour the batter in the cupcake cups and bake for 20 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and let it completely cool before starting to frost.
*Beat heavy cream with icing sugar to make the icing, or whip some whipping cream and combine with icing sugar to your preferred sweetness. Or you can use Whip it powder too. Sprinkle with candy sprinkles on top.
