Cookies and Cream Ice Cream, it’s homemade and so easy to do for your family. Kids will definitely be excited. You dont need an Ice cream maker to do this and its better than the store brought Ice cream! In fact, its way cheaper compared to ready made ice cream in the groceries. It’s a budget friendly homemade ice cream! Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

12 pcs Oreo Cookies – crushed half and other half chunks
3 packs all purpose cream
Half a can of Condensed milk.
1 cup Marshmallows
1 cup Crushed Graham crackers
1 cup Grated Milk Chocolate bar
Maraschino cherries (garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Chill all purpose cream and condensed milk in the fridge about 30 mins. (Not frozen hard)

Whip all purpose cream in the electric mixer until doubled in volume. If there is no electric hand mixer, some people I know use a blender. Yes, it works too! (You may have to do it in batches depending on the capacity of your blender.)

Once your cream is fluffy, gently fold in chilled condensed milk. Fold it like your just folding a paper to incorporate the condensed and dont mix it. You are folding it to make sure the air or fluffiness of the cream will stay.

Fold in oreo cookies, crushed graham crackers, marshmallows, grated milk chocolate.

Place mixture in plastic container or recycled ice cream tub. Make sure it has a lid and air doesnt easily come through. This is to prevent your ice cream from turning into ice crystals.

Sprinkle shaved milk chocolate bar, pieces of oreo cookies and marshmallows.

Freeze overnight. Serve and enjoy!

*Don’t use mixer to blend in the condensed milk and dry ingredients. Just fold in technique. You need to retain the air in the whipped all purpose cream to maintain fluffiness.
