Chop Suey Recipe (English Version)

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 kilo kasim pork
  • 1/4 kilo pork liver
  • 1/4 kilo shrimp medium
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 2 potatoes, slice2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 pc cauliflower
  • 1 can of young corn
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 small pack oyster sauce
  • 1/2 cup sitsaro
  • 1/2 cup baguio beans
  • 6 quail eggs, boiled
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 cups water


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a pan, heat oil and sautè garlic, onions and bell pepper until fragrant over medium to low heat. Add and stir fry pork and season with soy sauce.
  2. After 5 minutes, pour water and let it boil and simmer over low heat until meat becomes tender. Then add in oyster sauce, liver and all the vegetables. (Vegetables should be half cooked only).
  3. Add the shrimp and boiled quail eggs. Dissolved flour into 1 cup of water and pour in the pan. Stir it well to incorporate in the sauce and simmer for 3 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

 

Chop Suey (Tagalog Version)

Mga Sangkap:

  • 1/4 kilo kasim pork

  • 4 butil ng bawang, dinurog
  • 1 sibuyas, hiniwa
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 2 patatas, hiniwa
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 pc cauliflower
  • 1 can of young corn
  • 3 tablespoon toyo
  • 1 small pack oyster sauce
  • 1/2 cup sitsaro
  • 1/2 cup baguio beans
  • 6 quail eggs, boiled
  • 3 tablespoon harina
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 cups water

Paraan ng Pagluluto:

  1. igisa ang bawang sibuyas at bellpepper
    ilagay ang pork at lagyan ng soysauce
    after 5 mins lagyan ng water simmer til tender then put oyster sauce
  2. ilagay ang liver and vegestables make sure half cook lang ang veggies then ilagay ang quail egg and shrimp
    then 1 cup water ( tunawin ang flour sa water) simmer 3 minutes
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
